You purchased a key and are having problems with it?

Problem 1:

The key is accepted but Cam Wizard starts up unregistered.

Solution:

1. Goto the program folder: C:\Program Files\Cam Wizard
2. Right click on "Cam Wizard.exe" and select "Properties"
3. Click the "Compatibility" tab
4. Tick the box "Run as Administrator"
5. Start Cam Wizard and register

Problem 2:

The key is not accpeted.

Solution:

1. Email us with subject title "cam wizard key problem"
2. Include the email address you used when purchasing.
3. Include the surname you used when purchasing.
4. We will cut you a new working key and email it to you ASAP.
