that you can make sure it is compatible with your system and

If you're having problems getting
CAM Wizard to work with your video device then these tips may
help:

Are you sure that your camera is plugged in and that no
other application or service is using your webcam, if it
is then CAM Wizard will not be able to pick up the camera.

Before contacting us about camera incompatabilities, please
make sure that your camera operates correctly using other
directshow video applications Microsoft® MSN messenger.

Maybe check CAM Wizards logfile to see if that gives any clues as to why the camera is failing.
